1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ovation ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Ovation only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service to create content that is harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful. Face-swap features are intended solely for positive, celebratory purposes.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Ovation a limited license to display that content within your board. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload.
4. Biometric Data
Use of face-swap features is subject to our Biometric Data Policy. Face geometry data is destroyed within 24 hours of processing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ovation is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
